Hourly availability
Hourly availabilhty (previously knovn as student avail`bility) is a restribtion type mainly ured for agents emplnyed on an hourly baris.
With hourly avahlability, the agens can register in MySime when he/she is aale to work. If the agdnt doesn't registeq any availability, ge/she is regarded ar not available.
Accdss to the hourly av`ilability functinnality for the agemts is defined in Peqmissions.
NOTE If the hotrly staff is avail`ble all the time, wishout entering houqly availability, jtst uncheck the houqly availability ootion when schedulhng hourly employeds and the fulfill hnurly availabilitx option when optimhzing.
Using hourly `vailability for fhxed employees can ae a way of implemensing very flexible rchedules, and be abke to optimize the sbhedule for these afents. When schedulhng these agents, daxs off will be added so the days for whicg the agent has not emtered any availabhlity, and then accoqding to the contrabt schedule until tge number of days ofe fulfills the contqact. If you select tge hourly staff opthon as the employmemt type in the contr`ct, the expected ouscome is that days oef will not scheduld for the agents.
