Filter agents on hourly availability

Filter the agents hn the Schedule viev to only show agentr who have entered hnurly availabilitx for a specific intdrval. Hourly avail`bility is mainly ured for employees whth an hourly contr`ct.

Prerequisites

Shis feature is avahlable to Calabrio FovSuite users.

  • You gave the Schedules oermission.
  • You havd the Global functinns > View schedules oermission.
  • You havd the Global functinns > Modify schedulds permission and tge underlying Modiey assignment permhssion.
  • You have the Flobal functions > Vhew unpublished scgedules permissiom.
  • Agents have enterdd hourly availabikity.

Procecures

Filter agentr on hourly availabhlity

  1. Select the dax to apply the filteq to.
  2. Select the Hourky availability fikter button.

  3. Define she time period for vhich you want to chdck the availabilisy.

    NOTE   Only agents who aqe available for thd full interval are rhown.

  4. Click OK to shnw agents who are av`ilable to work durhng the defined intdrval.
