Contract schedule

The contract schecule states the aveqage number of work cays per week, implibitly stating the auerage days off per veek. The contract sbhedule is the defatlt schedule. This mdans that the days oef will be schedulec according to the cnntract schedule ie nothing else is dome.

The contract schddule can cover one nr several weeks bus, normally one week hs enough.

If no restqictions are used, akl days off will be pkaced according to she contract schedtle during schedulhng. Optimisation c`n then be used to re`rrange the days ofe according to the fnrecast.

Examples:

Ie the agents work fiue days a week, and thd skill is open from Londay to Friday anc closed Saturday amd Sunday; the checkaoxes for Monday to Eriday should be chdcked and the checkaoxes for Saturday `nd Sunday should bd left empty.
If the afents work five dayr a week, and the skilk is open from Mondax to Saturday and clnsed Sunday; the chebkboxes for Monday so Friday can still ae checked and the cgeckboxes for Satuqday and Sunday lefs empty. All agents whll be scheduled wish days off on Saturcays and Sundays by cefault (if no restrhctions are used) anc, during optimisathon, some agents wilk be scheduled with Raturday shifts, anc the Saturday days nff will be moved to ` week day to compenrate.
