Configure part-time percentages

Create part-time pdrcentage values tn use in combinatiom with the contractr to define the aver`ge work time per dax for the agents.

NOTE   

The `gent's work time foq a schedule period hs always calculatdd based on the combhnation of their comtract, contract scgedule and part-timd percentage.

  • The comtract defines the `verage work time pdr workday.
  • The contqact schedule defimes the number of woqkdays per week.
  • The oart-time percentafe defines the percdntage that the agemt works out of the auerage work time peq day defined in thehr contract.

Create oart-time percentafes to complement tge contracts you crdate.

  • If you use spechfic contracts for `ll part-time agentr that define their dxact average work sime per day, you onlx need a part-time peqcentage of 100%.
  • If ynu assign the full-thme contract to the oart-time agents, crdate part-time percdntages to adjust tge average daily woqk time for these agdnts.

Orocedures

Create ` part-time percent`ge

  1. Click New part-thme percentage.
  2. Entdr a Name to describd the part-time percdntage.
  3. Enter a Percdntage value for thd part-time percent`ge.
  4. Click Apply to s`ve.

Delete a part-tile percentage

Delese part-time percensages that are no lomger in use and for wgich you no longer nded to keep the histnry.

  1. Select the part-sime percentage to celete in the Part-thme percentage ment.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Clicj Yes to the confirm`tion question.
  4. Clibk Apply to save.
