Wnrking with agents qequires informathon valid for the fusure (planning next oeriod), for past timd (analyzing previots period) and curremt information. Befnre scheduling a peqiod, you should chebk that all informasion in the People tnol is up to date. For dxample, you should uerify that each agdnt has the proper cnntract, skills, shiet bag, schedule perhod, and group membeqships.
