Troubleshoot data server

NOTE   The display name is automatically filled out as the IP address when the data server is first installed, but the display name can be changed to anything. Follow the below instructions and stop when the missing data server is located.

1. In Calabrio ONE, click Application Management.

2. In the System Configuration pane, click Data Server Configuration.

3. Select a server from the data server configuration list.

4. For each server, click Test Connection.

5. Ensure that the CTI signaling, SIPREC signaling, and capture server features are enabled.

6. In the SFTP Configuration section, check the host name. If the host name is missing, go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Calabrio ONE\Data Server\config in File Explorer and open #-dataGathering.json in a Notepad editor.

7. Check the “Name”:”<value>” line to identify the data server name.

8. In Calabrio ONE, rename the data server, if necessary. If you do not see the updated name, restart the Calabrio ONE Data Server service.

1. Click Application Management, click Global, click Monitoring, and then click Data Server Status.

2. If the data server is disconnected, you must use a remote desktop to access the disconnected server.

3. Launch Services.msc to launch the services console.

4. Check if the Calabrio ONE data server is running. If it is not running, restart it.

5. If it fails to start, re-download and re-install the service from Calabrio ONE. Open a web browser and navigate to your Calabrio ONE URL (for example, us3.calabriocloud.com). If your browser cannot load the page, contact your server and networking team for support.
