Data Server settings for a Serenova ACD (for QM and Analytics)

Configure a Data Server for a Serenova ACD

1. Select the Data Server that you want to use for the Serenova ACD.

2. Configure the following settings.

   Setting	Configuration
   Regional Data Server ACD Sync Settings	Select the Enable Sync check box, and then move the Serenova ACD from Available to Assigned.

3. Click Save.
