Configure the S3 bucket for the Amazon Connect instance

Your Amazon Connect instance must have a single S3 bucket for Calabrio ONE.

• All data that Calabrio ONE imports from Amazon Connect (including call recordings, exported reports, and contact trace reports) must be stored in this S3 bucket.
• The IAM user whose credentials you enter in Calabrio ONE must be assigned to a policy that grants read, write, and delete access to this S3 bucket.
