Product features and enhancements

We added these new features and enhancements to Calabrio ONE in September 2023.

WFM

Improved performance on Intraday page (September 21, v. 2309.17.1): We’ve changed the way the Intraday page gathers data, resulting in faster load times.

Analytics

Improved Task Manager page (September 19): The newly refactored Task Manager page is now faster and more efficient and features a clean, updated interface. You can move back and forth between the new page and the classic page for a limited time.

Finnish available for transcription (September 19): You can now transcribe calls in which Finnish is spoken and can search transcribed calls for words and phrases in Finnish.

Data Explorer and Data Management

Learning pathway: Building Dashboards in Data Explorer for Beginners (September 19): This series of video lessons from the Calabrio Learning Studio teaches you how to find, create, and navigate Data Explorer dashboards. Available in the Calabrio Success Center, this learning path covers how to navigate Data Explorer, build your first dashboard, add panels, choose and set parameter controls, and assign a homepage for yourself and others.

187893	WFM	MyTime	If an agent with a cross-midnight shift posted their shift as two shifts for other agents to pick up (one before midnight and the other after midnight) and another agent picked up both shifts, the original agent would still be scheduled for the shift before midnight.

185575	WFM	Meetings	Users without super-admin-level permissions were seeing the error message, “Missing permission for agent” if they attempted to schedule a meeting with an agent who had not yet started.
188555	WFM	Windows Client	The desktop client was crashing if users accessed it via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
