We added these new features and enhancements to Calabrio ONE in February 2023.
QM and Call Recording
Preview draft evaluation forms (February 14): As you create an evaluation form, you can now see a preview of what it will look like when it is published. The preview updates whenever you save the draft form.
View weighting information for read-only evaluation forms (February 7): You can now see the percentage or point values for each section, question, and answer option in published or archived evaluation forms.
WFM
Add and edit meetings from Schedules (February 22, v. 2302.20.7): On the Schedules page, you can now add single and recurring meetings and edit all types of meetings.
Extended date range for AddFullDayAbsence API (February 22, v. 2302.20.7): Third-party systems can now use the AddFullDayAbsence API to add absences from today to 18 months in the future.
Warning if personal account is broken (February 15, v. 2302.14.14): A warning now appears if adding absences to an agent’s schedule would break the agent's personal account. You can override the warning if necessary.
Warning if seat capacity is broken (February 15, v. 2302.14.14): A warning now appears if allocating too many agents to an office location would break the office’s seat capacity. You can override the warning if necessary.
Updated Windows Server requirements for new on-premise installs (February 15, v. 2302.14.14): New on-premise installations of WFM now require Windows Server 2019 or later. See Microsoft’s Fixed Lifecycle Policy for further information.
Add and remove full-day absences from Schedules week view (February 7, v. 2302.5.1): On the Schedules page, you can now add and remove full-day absences from the week view. Select a date in the calendar to see the drop-down list with these options.
Handle non-overwritable activities when adding fixed meetings (February 7, v. 2302.5.1): When adding single or recurring meetings, you can now move activities that conflict with the meeting time.
Analytics
South African English available for transcription (February 14): Select customers in Calabrio’s Africa realm can now transcribe calls in which South African English is spoken and can search transcribed calls for words and phrases in South African English.
