Product features and enhancements

We added these new features and enhancements to Calabrio ONE in December 2023.

QM and Call Recording

Updated Avaya SDK (December 5): Calabrio ONE is now compatible with Avaya Communication Manager 10.1 and Avaya Application Enablement Services 10.1 for Recording.

WFM

Keep agents selected after adding notes (December 12, v. 2312.12.2): On the Schedules page, if you select multiple agents and then add a note to one agent, Calabrio ONE now keeps those agents selected. This update makes it easier to work with the same group of agents after adding notes to individual agents.

Minimum duration and incremental segments for absence requests (December 4, v. 2312.1.10): In workflow control sets, you can now define a minimum duration of absence requests for each open period. You can also define the increments in which agents can submit absence requests. For example, with this update you can enforce that an absence request for a particular absence type be at least two hours and that the total absence must be an even number of hours.

Week numbers in Schedules date picker (December 4, v. 2312.1.10): On the Schedules page, the calendar date picker now numbers each week. This update provides a feature that used to appear on the old Teams page.
