Product features and enhancements

We added these new features and enhancements to Calabrio ONE in April 2023.

Platform/Suite-Wide

Extended timeout for user sessions (April 27): Tenant administrators can now allow people in their organization to stay logged in to Calabrio ONE for up to 24 hours. This update allows agents to log in only once per day and still receive real-time notifications about schedule changes.

WFM

Teams retired (April 3, v. 2303.31.12): With this version, we have retired Teams and replaced it with Schedules. Any users who had permissions for Teams but were not manually given permissions for Schedules now have equivalent permissions in Schedules.

View schedule audit trail via API (April 3, v. 2303.31.12): Using the ScheduleAuditTrail / ScheduleAuditTrailByPersonId API, you can now see whether shifts were created via shift trade and what the agents’ shifts looked like before and after the trade.
