Here’s what happened in Calabrio ONE in December 2022.

Product features and enhancements

We added these new features and enhancements to Calabrio ONE in December 2022.

Analytics

Improved Delete Transcription API (December 6): The Delete Transcription API now deletes the transcription files of calls that were previously deleted.

Data Explorer and Data Management

Enhanced member picker (December 29): We have improved the member picker that helps you filter content on your Data Explorer and Data Management dashboards. You can now configure the member picker as a popup that you can move to any location on your screen. The All Values check box is now cleared by default when you are removing items from a list, making it more efficient for you to select the items you want to see. And member pickers that are bound to parameters now have a Properties drop-down list that you can use to add additional information, such as users’ email addresses, to the list of items you are selecting.

December 7 (WFM v. 2212.5.13)

155518	WFM	Meetings	Users were seeing the error message, “Something went wrong saving your meeting” when attempting to edit one e-learning session in a series that used automatic rescheduling.
155647	WFM	MyTime	Schedules were displaying one hour off for agents in timezones currently in Daylight Saving Time.
