View agent schedules

Agent schedules show you all the activities agents are scheduled for, including breaks, lunches, and dance parties.

• Hover over WFM in the top menu and click Schedules. Today’s schedule appears with agents ordered by start time.

  NOTE   If your team doesn’t appear, select it from the Select sites / teams / skills drop-down list at the top left of the page.

• To sort the schedule by agent name, employment number, end time, or team, click the sort icon at the top left of the page.

  

• To see a broader view of the schedule, click Week.
