Localization and supported languages

Different components of Calabrio ONE support different languages. Language support applies to these elements:

- QM, WFM, Analytics, Insights, and Performance Management
- In-product training
- Mobile app for WFM

- Online help

- Analytics
- Transcription: Speech to text and transcription search.
- Transcription and Audio Redaction: Remove personally identifying information from transcripts and call recordings.
- Interaction Summary: A summary of a contact. For audio contacts, the summary is based on the call transcript. For digital contacts, the summary is based on the text of the chat or email conversation.
- Phrase hits: Identification of predefined phrases. Available for audio and digital contacts.
- Predictions: Machine-learning predictions of evaluation scores and net promoter scores.
- Trending Topics: Automatically identify the contact reason and detect emerging topics. Available for audio and digital contacts.
- Auto QM: Automatically evaluate 100% of your organization’s contacts. Available for audio and digital contacts.
- Advanced Sentiment: Automatically detect agent and customer sentiment. Available for audio contacts. Standard sentiment analysis is available for digital contact.
- AI Tags: Automatically apply predefined labels based on contact purpose and content. Available for audio and digital contacts.
