Localization and supported languages

Different components of Calabrio ONE support different languages. Language support applies to these elements:

    • In-product training
    • Mobile app for WFM
  • Documentation
    • Online help
    • PDF guides
  • Analytics
    • Transcription: Speech to text and transcription search.
    • Transcription and Audio Redaction: Remove personally identifying information from transcripts and call recordings.
    • Interaction Summary: A summary of a contact. For audio contacts, the summary is based on the call transcript. For digital contacts, the summary is based on the text of the chat or email conversation.
    • Phrase hits: Identification of predefined phrases. Available for audio and digital contacts.
    • Sentiment: Text-based sentiment analysis. Available for audio and digital contacts.
    • Predictions: Machine-learning predictions of evaluation scores and net promoter scores.
    • Trending Topics: Automatically identify the contact reason and detect emerging topics. Available for audio and digital contacts.
    • Auto QM: Automatically evaluate 100% of your organization’s contacts. Available for audio and digital contacts.
    • AI Tags: Automatically apply predefined labels based on contact purpose and content. Available for audio and digital contacts.
