Ready time adherence

Ready time adherence determines how much an agent adhered to their schedule based on the amount of time they were scheduled to be in a ready state compared to the actual time that they were in a ready state as defined in the historical integration. The Ready-Time Adherence Per Agent and Ready-Time Adherence Per Day reports include ready time that occurs between shift segments, such as when an agent has a split shift.
