Personal activities are used for agent-specific activities. They are added manually to the agents schedule, either to an already scheduled shift or prior to scheduling. Add personal activities in the Schedules module in the WFM client or in the Schedules tool. See Make schedule changes (Schedules tool) for more information.
The difference between a personal activity and regular activities is that it is connected to the agent rather than the shift. This means that personal activities are not moved by any schedule optimization. When two agents perform a shift trade on a day where one of them has a personal activity, the personal activity stays with the agent for whom it was originally scheduled.
Any of the activities created in Options can be used as personal activities.
NOTE If the personal activity is added at a time where there is no connection to a regular activity, it is not shown to the agent.
