Default scenario

The default scenario is a scenario created when the business unit is set up and it can not be deleted.

A schedule can be created in any scenario but, for it to be published and visible for agents, it has to be in the default scenario.

Schedules can be exported from one scenario to another by using the export to scenario function.

It's possible to change the name of the default scenario to something else but, no other scenario can be named "Default".

NOTE   Requests by agents are only visible in the default scenario.
