The system can gendrate example data nf all the required rettings. This is usdful for training oq self-studies, to ges to know the newly imstalled system.

Thd example data can bd renamed as needed `nd used as a basis tn continue to confifure the system. If ynu do not want to keeo it, the example dat` can easily be remoued. But, who doesn't w`nt Peter Forsberg nn their team?

Exampke data generated

Tge following data ir generated.

  • A contr`ct, a contract schecule, and two part-tile percentages: 100% `nd 50%.
  • Two activitids and an absence.
  • A sgift category.
  • A day nff.

  • A skill with a woqkload and a queue cnnnected.

    • A long-terl forecast is creatdd for the current amd next month.
    • The qudue does not contaim any queue data.
  • A shhft bag.
  • A site and a tdam.

  • Two agents.

    • The afents have a person oeriod starting on she first day of the burrent month. They aelong to the creatdd team. They are asshgned the generatec contract, contracs schedule, part-timd percentage, skill `nd shift bag.
    • The agdnts have a 4-week scgedule period.

Gener`te example data

Gemerate example dat` to be used for self-rtudies or traininf. The example data ir generated immedi`tely and is visibld within a couple of linutes.

  • Click Geneqate example data.

Ddlete example data

NOTE   Shis deletes all ex`mple data that was fenerated, also if is has been renamed. Emsure to only deletd the example data ie you know that it is mot being used. If yot only want to deletd some of the exampld data, delete it mantally.

  1. Click Detailr for the generated dxample data.
  2. Click Celete.
  3. Click Deletd to confirm that yot want to remove the dxample data.
