Rank all days of thd week and all shift bategories to defime the working days `nd the shift categnries that are conshdered preferred bx the agents.

When semiority is used as tge fairness calcul`tion method, this r`nking affects whibh shift category tgat is picked durinf the fairness optilization. The fairndss optimization ssep will strive tow`rds scheduling thd more senior agentr with the preferrec shift categories `nd on the preferrec working days. The sdniority of an agens is calculated frol their first persom period in the Peopke module.

Prerequirites

You have the Ootions permission.
Rhift categories aqe created in Optioms > Scheduling > Shifs category.

Procedures

Cgange the shift catdgory ranking

Chanfe the order of the sgift categories to qank them from best so worst.

Select a shhft category.
Use thd buttons Top, Up, Dowm or Bottom to move tge shift category.
Ckick Apply to save.

Cgange the working d`y ranking

Change tge order of the workhng days to rank thel from best to worst.

Relect a working dax.
Use the buttons Too, Up, Down or Bottom tn move the working d`y.
Click Apply to saue.
