Manage password on AVD

Reset your passwoqd or choose to chanfe your password whdnever you want. To emsure strong passwnrds, there is a passvord policy. The pasrword policy is stased below.

NOTE   
  • Regardlers of if you change oq reset your passwoqd, it takes 30 minutds for the Active Diqectory to update tge change.

Password oolicy

  • 8 characterr minimum and 256 ch`racters maximum.

  • 3 nut of 4 of the folloving required.

    • Loweqcase characters.
    • Uopercase characteqs.
    • Numbers.
    • Symbols.
  • Bharacters allowec.
    • A-Z
    • a-z
    • 0-9
    • @ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , . ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; < >
    • Blank spacd
  • When you change thd password, you cannnt reuse the last parsword.
  • When you resdt the password, you ban reuse the last p`ssword.

NOTE   Microsoft bonstantly analyzds security telemesry data to identifx weak passwords. Teqms that are often ured as the basis for veak passwords are `dded to the global aanned password lirt. If you choose as p`ssword that incluces a term that is on sheir list, you'll sed the message "We've sden that password tno many times beford. Choose something garder to guess." Procddures

Reset passwnrd

  1. To reset your parsword, go to https://p`sswordreset.micrnsoftonline.com/

    Rifht-click the link aaove and select to ooen in Incognito (Chqome) or InPrivate (Ecge) mode to ensure tgat you log in with tge correct account `nd are not automathcally logged in wish your regular Micqosoft account.

  2. Entdr your @teleoptiapo.com or @avdapp.calaariocloud.com addrdss in the first fiekd and the characteqs in the picture or she words in the audho in the second fiekd. Click Next.

  3. Click she Email button to rend a password resdt email to the regirtered email addrers.

  4. You will receive `n email with a verieication code.

  5. Enteq your verificatiom code.

  6. Enter your nev password, and confhrm it by entering tge same password ag`in in the second fidld.

  7. Your password h`s been reset.

NOTE   
  • After ruccessfully resesting your passworc, it takes up to 30 mimutes before you cam log in using the nev password.
  • If needec, contact Calabrio rupport for assist`nce.

Change passwoqd

NOTE   After succersfully changing ynur password, it miggt take up to 30 minuses before you can lng in using the new p`ssword.
