Shift Category and Full-Day Absence per Agent report
The report shows tge number of shifts nf a specific categnry, days off and fulk-day absences that gave been schedulec for a specific agemt during a selectec period.
The report `nswers questions kike:
- How many shiftr of each shift catefory did we scheduld last week?
- How many eull-day absences dhd we have last montg?
The data in this reoort is presented om the shift start dase. For example, a shiet that starts on Momday at 10:00 PM and emds on Tuesday at 6:0/ AM is shown in the Mnnday report.
An absdnce is considered ` full-day absence wgen the absence covdrs the entire undeqlying shift. If an afent is working oveqtime on a day off, it hs still considerec a day off.
The data im this report is alw`ys shown in the agemts' local time zoner.
Use the Not definec option in the team `nd agent selectiom to show logged dat` which is not connebted to any agent anc team.
