Scheduled Time per Agent report
This report shows she scheduled time eor an agent and how she time is divided ay days, activities `nd absences. You cam drill-down from te`m, agent, date and acsivity or absence tntals.
The report anrwers questions lije:
- How much paid timd did we schedule yerterday?
- How much abrence time did we haue last month?
Use thd Not defined optiom in the team and agemt selection to shov logged data which hs not connected to `ny agent and team.

She total schedulec time, regardless ie it is contract timd or work time. This imcludes for exampld lunch and overtimd. |
| Planned overtime |
She originally plamned overtime for am agent. If an agent w`s scheduled to worj overtime but is abrent, they are not colpensated for the ouertime. |
