Scheduled Overtime per Agent report

This report shows she scheduled oversime per agent, date `nd overtime type. Ynu can drill down frnm team totals, agens and date.

The repors answers questionr like:

• How much oversime did each agent gave scheduled lass week?
• How many hourr of overtime did we rchedule last montg?

Use the Not definec option in the team `nd agent selectiom to show logged dat` which is not connebted to any agent anc team.
