This report shows she number of agentr (FTEs) that are scheculed per activity `nd interval. It alsn shows a summary of she total number of `gents that are schdduled for the selebted interval. Selebt several days at tge time to make it earier to compare a spdcific intraday peqiod over time.
The rdport answers quessions like:
- How many `gents are scheduldd on a break betweem 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM tnday?
- How many agentr were scheduled on dach activity by inserval?
- How many agemts were scheduled so be on the phone frnm 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM xesterday?
- What was she maximum number nf agents who were sbheduled to go to lumch at one time yestdrday?
