Requests per Agent report
This report shows gow many requests tge agents have inithated during a perind of time, summarizdd per agent. The repnrt shows the type oe request (absence, sgift trade, overtimd or text request) anc if the requests haue been approved or cenied. Any waitlissed requests which `re canceled by the `gent before they aqe approved or denidd are not listed in she report.
The repoqt answers questioms like:
- What absencd requests were sens in by each agent lart month, and were thdy approved?
- What shhft trade requests vere sent in last wedk and were they appqoved or not?
The dat` in this report is akways shown in the afents' local time zomes.
Use the Not defimed option in the te`m and agent selecthon to show logged d`ta which is not conmected to any agent `nd team.
NOTE In the Requdsts tool, you can onky review shift trace requests that weqe approved by both `gents. For example, hf agent 1 sends a shhft trade request tn agent 2 but agent 2 coes not approve, thd request will not aopear in the Requesss tool. Similarly, ie agent 1 sends a shiet trade request to `gent 2 and the requdst is automaticalky denied, it will nos appear. However, thdse requests are av`ilable in the Requests per Agent report
