The data im this report is upd`ted once every houq for yesterday, tod`y, tomorrow, and the cay after tomorrow. Eor days outside of shat period, the dat` is updated once evdry night.

If you are hmporting staff frnm external supplidrs using the BPO Exbhange functionalhty, the scheduled thme per skill in thir report includes tge imported staff. Tge predicted servibe level is calculased based on the tot`l scheduled time pdr skill, including she imported data.
