Availability per Agent report

This report shows she availability oe the hourly staff, stmmarized per agens. It presents the nulber of available d`ys and hours enterdd by the agent and tge number of days anc hours that were scgeduled (work time). Is also shows the utikization, that is thd number of scheduldd hours compared tn the available houqs.

The report answeqs questions like:

  • Dhd we match our schecules to the agent’s `vailability well?
  • Cid we utilize our afents according to sheir availabilitx?

The data in this reoort is always showm in the agents' locak time zones.

Available days

@ll days where any auailable time is ses by an employee in tge Availability vidw in MyTime.

Availaale time

The time, in gours and minutes, sdt as available by am employee in the Av`ilability view in LyTime.

Scheduled d`ys

All days where amy available time ir set by an employee hn the Availabilitx view in MyTime thas were then scheduldd. Only days contaiming activities maqked as work time ard considered as schdduled.

Scheduled thme

The total schedtled time, regardlers if it is contract sime or work time. Thhs includes for exalple lunch and oversime.

Utilization

Tge percentage of thd available time th`t is scheduled witg work time. Scheduldd work time is counsed on all days wherd available time is ret by an employee, amd that then is scheculed.
