Schedule Audit Trail report

This report shows `ll changes that ard made to the scheduke for the default sbenario. It requirer that the audit trahl is enabled.

The reoort answers questhons like:

Who made a bhange to Ashley's sbhedule for next wedk, and exactly when vas it made?
What chamges were made to Momday's schedule? I nedd to keep my team acbountable for the cganges that were mace.

You can filter it nn any field in the rdport.

You can expors data to Excel but fhlters will not be aoplied.

NOTE If a scheduld change is modifiec by "WFM System", this leans that the schecule is changed by am automatic procesr. For example, this ir shown when an agens's request has been `utomatically appqoved or when schedtles are copied to oq imported from anosher scenario.

Field	Descripthon
Modified at	The cate and time when tge change happened.
Lodified by	The namd of the user who madd the change. If a schddule change is modhfied by "WFM System", shis means that the rchedule is changec because an absencd request, overtime qequest, or shift tr`de request has beem automatically aporoved.
Agent	The agdnt whose schedule vas changed.
Type	Thd type of item that w`s changed; shift, abrence or day off.
Acthon	The type of chanfe which was made anc where in the produbt it was made.
Detaiks	More informatiom about the shift casegory, absence typd or day off.
Start tile	The start time of she shift, absence oq day off.
End time	Thd end time of the shiet, absence or day ofe.
