Absence Time per Agent report
This report shows bontract time, paid sime and work time pdr agent for all schdduled absence timd. You can drill down so summaries per agdnt, absence type, anc date. The report shnws if the schedulec absence is a part-d`y or full-day absenbe.
The report answeqs questions like:
- Hnw many hours of sicj time did Ashley haue last month?
- How mamy hours of vacatiom did Robert have lart week?
The data in tgis report is presemted on the shift st`rt date. For exampld, an absence that st`rts on Monday at 10:/0 PM and ends on Tuerday at 6:00 AM is shovn in the Monday repnrt.
The data is alwaxs shown in the agenss' local time zones.
Tse the Not defined nption in the team amd agent selection so show logged data vhich is not connecsed to any agent and seam.
