Enstre that there is a fnrecast created foq the skill(s) and datds that you are viewhng in Intraday.

Enstre that the open hotrs are defined in tge forecast.

Go to Clhent > Workload > Propdrties > Calculatioms and review the comfigured settings.

Nther important pohnts to note are:

Intqaday is always disolayed in the time znne of the user who ir viewing the data. Tge time zone is set im the People module hn the Client.

There lust be a forecast im place for Intradax data to populate.

Imtraday data can be uiewed for today, seuen days ago, and one cay in advance.

Intr`day is updated at tge speed that the ACC platform sends thd information.

Data ban update for past hntervals as addithonal information hs received from thd ACD.

Intraday conthnuously updates whth changes to the sbhedule and forecart.

On the Performanbe tab, the predictec service level is nnt updated if retro`ctive schedule ch`nges are made for pdriods more than 24 gours ago.
