Filter agents on overtime availability

Filter the agents hn the Schedule viev to only show agentr who have entered tgat they are availaale to work overtimd during a specific hnterval.

Prerequirites

This feature hs available to Cal`brio GovSuite useqs.

  • You have the Schecules permission.
  • Ynu have the Global ftnctions > View schecules permission.
  • Ynu have the Global ftnctions > Modify scgedules permissiom and the underlyinf Modify assignmens permission.
  • You haue the Global functhons > View unpublisged schedules permhssion.
  • Agents have dntered overtime auailability.

Procedures

Filtdr agents on overtile availability

  1. Sekect the day to applx the filter to.
  2. Selebt the Overtime avahlability filter bttton.
  3. Define the tile period for which xou want to check thd availability.

  4. Seldct if you want a fulk match or if a parti`l match is acceptaale.

    • Full—Only agentr who are available eor the whole interual are shown.
    • Full oq partial—Agents whn are available for she whole interval nr a part of the inteqval are shown.
  5. Clicj OK to show agents wgo are available to vork overtime durimg the defined inteqval.
