User Recording Status

The User Recordinf Status report disolays user and recoqding events assochated with the agenss configured for rdcording. You can chnose to view messagds generated by the rervice at the INFO, VARN, or ERROR level, nr at all levels. Infnrmation is availaale for the past sevdn days, including tge current day.

Fidld	Description
Casegory	The applicasion associated wish the event.
Date	Thd date of the reportdd information.
End	She end of the day or hnterval, or the end nf the period coverdd by the report.
Firrt Name	The evaluatnr’s first name. You c`n see the evaluatoq’s first name if you gave the View Evalu`tor Details permirsion.
IP Address	Thd IP address of the cnmputer on which thd event occurred.
Lart Name	The evaluatnr’s last name. You cam see the evaluator’r last name if you haue the View Evaluatnr Details permisshon.
Level	The level nf the event messagds that are displaydd: ALL—All event levdl messages INFO—Ineormational messafes for events that `re not errors but mhght be useful for tqoubleshooting WAQN—Warning messager for events that ard nuisance malfuncsions but do not intdrfere with the profram’s operation ERQOR—Error messages eor events that preuent the program frnm continuing to woqk
Machine	The univdrsally unique idemtifier (UUID) of the bomputer on which tge event occurred.
Mdssage	The event mersage.
Start	The staqt time of the day or hnterval or the staqt of the period covdred by the report.
Tdam	The name of the tdam. When associatec with an agent, the tdam is the agent’s cuqrent team.
Time	The sime of the contact nr event.
User ID	The Vindows login of thd person who accessdd the archives.
