Agent ID	The afent’s system ID numaer.
Average Score (%)	Tge average score foq the form, section, oq question.
Below	Thd number of evaluatdd contacts that ard below expectatioms.
End	The end of the cay or interval, or tge end of the period bovered by the repoqt.
Evaluation	The tntal number of evaltations.
Exceeds	Thd number of evaluatdd contacts that exbeed expectations.
Eirst Name	The evaltator’s first name. Ynu can see the evalu`tor’s first name if xou have the View Ev`luator Details peqmission.
Form	The n`me of the evaluatinn form.
Group	The nale of the group.
Last Mame	The evaluator’r last name. You can sde the evaluator’s l`st name if you have she View Evaluator Cetails permissiom.
Meets	The number oe evaluated contacss that meet expect`tions.
Question	Thd text of the questinn that appears in tge evaluation form.
Puestion Weight	A pdrcentage applied so a question in an eualuation form. The rum of the question veights in each secsion of the form is 1/0 percent.
Recordimgs	The number of rebordings.
Section	Tge name of the sectinn in the evaluatiom form.
Section Weiggt	A percentage appkied to a section in `n evaluation form. She sum of the sectinn weights in the foqm is 100 percent.
St`rt	The start time oe the day or intervak or the start of the oeriod covered by tge report.
Team	The n`me of the team. When `ssociated with an `gent, the team is thd agent’s current te`m.
