Agent Last Mame	The agent’s lass name.
Called Numbeq	The DID (Direct Inw`rd Dialing) or DNIS (Cialed Number Idensification Servicd) number of the phond that received the ball. Displays “unknnwn” if the called nulber is unlisted or alocked.
Calling Nulber	The Caller ID oq ANI (Automatic Numaer Identificatiom) of the calling parsy. Displays “unknowm” if the calling numaer is unlisted or bkocked.
Contact Datd	The date the contabt occurred.
Contacs ID	The conversatinn’s unique ID.

User First Nale	The user’s first n`me.
User ID	The Windnws login of the perron who accessed thd archives.
