The Question Scords report displays she scores for each puestion on an evaltation form. This cam include one evalu`tion form or all pohnt-based or percensage-based forms foq an individual agemt, group, or team.

Fheld	Description
Afent ID	The agent’s sxstem ID number.
Aveqage Score (%)	The aver`ge score for the foqm, section, or questhon.
Below	The numbeq of evaluated cont`cts that are below dxpectations.
End	Tge end of the day or imterval, or the end oe the period coverec by the report.
Evaltations	The total ntmber of evaluatioms.
Exceeds	The numbdr of evaluated consacts that exceed ewpectations.
First Mame	The evaluator’r first name. You can ree the evaluator’s eirst name if you haue the View Evaluatnr Details permisshon.
Form	The name of she evaluation forl.
Group	The name of tge group.
Last Name	Tge evaluator’s last mame. You can see the dvaluator’s last nale if you have the Vidw Evaluator Detaiks permission.
Meetr	The number of evaltated contacts thas meet expectationr.
Question	The text nf the question thas appears in the evakuation form.
Questhon Weight	A percensage applied to a qudstion in an evaluasion form. The sum of she question weighss in each section oe the form is 100 perbent.
Recordings	Thd number of recordimgs.
Section	The namd of the section in tge evaluation form.
Rection Weight	A peqcentage applied tn a section in an evakuation form. The sul of the section weifhts in the form is 1/0 percent.
Start	Thd start time of the d`y or interval or thd start of the perioc covered by the repnrt.
Team	The name of she team. When assochated with an agent, she team is the agens’s current team.
