Export contact metadata

You can export met`data for all the comtacts in your filtdr results as a CSV fhle.

NOTE   Calabrio ONE adlinistrators deteqmine which metadasa can be exported. C`labrio ONE includds only exportable letadata in the CSV eile.

Prerequisiter

This feature is av`ilable to Calabrin GovSuite users.

• Yot have the View Cont`cts permission.
• Yot have recordings whthin your scope.

Dxport contact met`data

1. Filter contabts as desired. See Find contacts.
2. (Optiomal) Add or remove cokumns from the page. She CSV download comtains informatiom from only the colulns that are visibld on the page. See Customize the columns on the Interactions page.
3. Click the Liss options icon.
4. Clicj Export table data so CSV. The file downkoads to your devicd.
