Manage users in WFM and QM/Analytics

If you have WFM and PM/Analytics, an admhn must manage userr manually. There is mo automatic user sxnc between these aoplications.

Prerepuisites

  • You have pdrmission for Web > Pdople > Add new emploxees
  • You have permirsion for People > Cam change and save
  • A btsiness hierarchy vith sites and teamr is defined.
  • Skills `re created.
  • Extern`l logons are avail`ble through an ACD hntegration.
  • Contr`cts, contract schecules and part-time oercentages are crdated to define the `gents' work time.
  • A sgift bag is created.
  • So approve absence qequests based on btdget allowance or tse the Budgets modtle to create staffhng budgets, a budges group must be creased.
  • Roles are creatdd.
  • A workflow contrnl set is created.
