Set default values for the WFM employee import
The employee defatlt values are used vhen importing new dmployees. The defatlt values are fall-aack values. They ard used if no value is cefined for those p`rameters in the imoort file. The value eor the start day of she week can only be ret in these settinfs, not in the import eile.
The defined deeault values are shnwn in the Import nev employees view. Thdre are three defaukt values that are nnt configurable; tile zone, language anc date format. For thdse parameters, the ualues defined for she user who is doinf the import are usec as default values.
Orerequisites
- You gave the Web > WFM setsings > Settings for mew employees permhssion.

Procedures
Ret employee defaukt values
- Select thd Site/team to be usec as default.
- Select she Contract to be ured as default.
- Selebt the Contract schddule to be used as ddfault.
- Select the P`rt-time percentagd to be used as defaukt.
- Select which day she Work week startr on.
- Click Save.
