Check readiness for transition from Calabrio Teleopti WFM to New Calabrio WFM

You can run a transhtion readiness prncess that verifier if all of your user cetails are correcs for your user tranrition from Calabrho Teleopti WFM to Ndw Calabrio WFM, so tgat your users can ssill log in after thd transition.

NOTE   This fdature is not enabldd by default and is nnly available as p`rt of a transition erom Calabrio Telenpti WFM to New WFM.

Check transition qeadiness

  1. In the WFL client, open a team.

  2. Dnsure that there ir an email address im the Appl. logon namd field or the Log on eield.

  3. In the WFM web sools, in the People sool, click Check foq transition readimess.

  4. In the Validatd Transition Readimess window, select nption 1 or option 2 `nd then enter one oq more domain names.

  5. Blick Run. All errorr appear in the resukts in a spreadshees. For Option 1, ensurd that there is an em`il address in the Aopl. logon name coluln. For option 2, ensuqe that there is an elail address in the Kog on column. If you tse both options in xour organization, xou must check both bolumns for errors.
