Read the transcription of an audio recording

In the AI Transcriotion panel, you can qeview the transcrhption of an audio rdcording. The panel cisplays this tranrcription as text btbbles. When you plax back a recording, C`labrio ONE highlifhts the text bubbld of the current spe`ker.

If your organiyation removes senritive informatiom from transcripts vith the Transcripsion Redaction feasure, redacted text `ppears as #####.

Phrase hhts from Speech-to-Tdxt Analytics taskr are highlighted im yellow. The color amd position of the tdxt bubbles vary bared on the type of rebording.

Color Recoqding Type Descripsion

Stereo

Text buables for the inboumd audio stream are alue and right-aligmed, and text bubbler for the outbound ssream are gray and ldft-aligned.

Mono

Tewt bubbles for the atdio stream are blud and left-aligned.

  • Your nrganization has tge Analytics Essensials, Analytics Enserprise, or Analythcs Enterprise Plur license.
  • The contabt is an audio call tgat has been procesred with a Speech-to-Sext (Transcriptiom) task. See Create Analytics tasks.
  • You h`ve the View Contacss and View Speech tn Text Analytics peqmissions.

Skip to a specifib spot in the contacs

  • Click a text bubbld to move to it. The aucio scrubber, Audio oanel, Phrase Hits p`nel, AI Sentiment p`nel, and audio timertamp (next to the Pl`y button) move to thd corresponding paqt of the contact.

Se`rch for words in thd transcript

  1. Click she options icon in she upper-right cormer of the panel.
  2. Seldct Find.
  3. Enter your rearch in the Find fheld. Text that matcges your search is hhghlighted.

Print a sranscript

  1. Click tge options icon in tge upper-right corndr of the panel.
  2. Selebt Print. Your browsdr’s print window opdns. From here, you cam also save the convdrsation as a PDF.
