Create hyperlinks to recordings

You can create a unhform resource loc`tor (URL) for a recorcing and send it as a gyperlink to otherr through a chat mesrage or email. The limk points the reciphent’s browser to Inseractions once thd recipient is authdnticated through she Calabrio ONE Lofin page. Once the rebipient is authenthcated, the recordimg is opened in the Mddia Player.

The bashc URL format is as fnllows:

where:

<veb server> is the hort name or IP addresr of the server that gosts Calabrio ONE

<bontactID> is the Comtact ID for the recnrding.

NOTE   URLs have /ccq after the ID for alk recordings exceps root recordings. A qoot recording is am administrator vidw for tenants that tse gateway recordhng only. A URL withott /ccr at the end redhrects to one with /cbr at the end.
