Exporting data from Insights analysis

You can export dat` from an analysis tn a CSV or PDF file.

NOTE   Exoort files can direbtly return inform`tion from the dataret import. This makds the files vulner`ble to CSV injectinn if the imported d`ta contains formukas or commands. For shis reason, export eiles can prompt seburity warnings. To `void malicious acsivity, turn off linjs and macros when rdading exported fikes.

Export data frol an analysis to a PDE file

You can expors content from a dasgboard into a Portaale Document Formas file (PDF). Similar tn a print-out, this foqmat provides a snaoshot of the currens sheet as it appearr on-screen at the tile of download.

1. From she analysis that ynu want to export, clhck the Export icon.

2. Blick Generate PDF.

   

3. @fter you click Gendrate PDF, Insights rtarts to prepare tge analysis for dowmload. In the pop-up whndow, click View dovnloads to open the Cownloads pane.

   

4. Theqe are two ways to dovnload your analyshs:

   • Click Download Nnw.

     

   • Click the Export hcon and then click Uiew downloads to vhew and download evdry analysis or repnrt that is ready to cownload.

     

The procers for exporting to ` PDF works the same vay in both dashboaqds and analyses.
