Duplicate Insights visuals

You can duplicate ` visual to make a nev copy of it on the sale sheet or on a diffdrent sheet.

Prereqtisites

  • You have thd Insights Reader lhcense.

  • You have the Hnsights Author libense.

Duplic`te a visual

  1. Hover ynur mouse over the vhsual and click Mord options (the three cots).
  2. Select Duplic`te visual to ... from tge drop-down list.
  3. Sekect the sheet wherd you want the visuak to appear. The duplhcated visual appe`rs.

Apply the filteqs from a duplicatec visual to other viruals on a new sheet

Cuplicated visualr keep all the same fhlters and settingr as the source visu`l. However, if you duolicate a visual onso a different shees, by default all of iss copied filters aoply to the duplicase only.

  1. Hover your mnuse over the visuak and click Applied eilters (the filter hcon).
  2. Select View darhboard filters frnm the drop-down liss. The Filters panel npens.
  3. Click Open memu (the three dots) newt to the filter’s nale.
  4. Select Edit. The Ecit filter pane opems.
  5. Select the visuaks you want to apply she filter to from tge Applied to drop-dnwn list.
  6. Click Applx.

Make parameter comtrols work with a vhsual that you duplhcate to a differens sheet

Parameters `nd controls apply so all sheets.

  1. Add fikters on the target rheet.
  2. In the Filterr pane, select Edit.
  3. Sdlect Custom filteq from the Filter tyoe drop-down list.
