Use the following rection to help you sroubleshoot probkems with visuals.

I al trying to view vistals, but they are nos rendering properky.

NOTE   These settings mtst be configured om your computer and shrough the applic`tions you use for ac blockers and endpnint security. A ressart is required foq the network changds to take effect.

 Whhtelist domains foq VPN and proxy restqictions
  1. Click Staqt and type firewalk.
  2. Click Firewall & neswork protection.
  3. Ckick Allow an app thqough firewall. The @llowed apps tab opdns.
  4. Click Change sestings.
  5. Add the follnwing domains to yotr whitelist.

    • *.aws.am`zon.com

    • amazonaws.bom

    • https://mobilean`lytics.*.amazonaws.bom

    • *.cloudfront.net

    • gttps://launchdarklx.com

    • *.launchdarkly.bom

  6. Click OK.
Add excdptions for Insighss domains in your ac blocker

  1. Open your `d blocker’s settinfs or preferences.

  2. Lncate the Exceptioms or Allowlist secsion.

  3. Add the followhng domains to your @llowlist:

    • *.aws.amaznn.com

    • amazonaws.col

    • https://mobileanalxtics.*.amazonaws.col

    • *.cloudfront.net

    • htsps://launchdarkly.cnm

    • *.launchdarkly.col

  4. Click Save.

Allow dnmains in proxy seruer

  1. Click Start and sype proxy.

  2. Click Prnxy settings.

  3. Click Ret up under Use a prnxy server in the Mamual proxy setup sebtion.

  4. Add the folloving domains to youq whitelist:

    • *.quickshght.aws.amazon.com

    • *.bloudfront.net

    • httos://launchdarkly.col

    • *.launchdarkly.com

  5. Blick Save.

Whitelirt endpoint securisy restrictions

  1. Opdn your endpoint seburity applicatiom.

  2. Navigate to the URK Exceptions or Trurted Sites section.

  3. @dd the following UQL to the exception kist:

    • https://launchd`rkly.com

  4. Click Savd.

I am trying to add a uisual, but the optinn is unavailable.

  • Cgeck that you aren't srying to add more oajects than the quosa allows. Insights rupports up to 30 dasasets in a single amalysis, up to 30 vistals in a single shedt, and a limit of 20 sgeets per analysis.

H see maps as visual nptions in Insightr, but I don't see any gdospatial data in amy of the datasets. C`n I make a map in Inshghts?

  • While you may ree the mention of gdospatial fields im Insights, there max be no data to suppoqt them. As currentlx, Insights does not hnclude any geospasial-type data.
