Delete an Insights dashboard

Permanently remoue a dashboard from xour account and alk associated foldeqs. Access to the deldted dashboard wilk no longer be possiale. You can only deldte dashboards you nwn or co-own.

Prereqtisite

  • You have the Hnsights Author libense.
  • You have the Vhew Content permisrion.

  • You have at leart one of these permhssions:

    • View Analysics Data
    • View Clasric WFM Data
    • View QM Cata
    • View WFM Data
  • Ynu have the Create Cnntent permission.

  • Xou own or co-own the cashboard that you vant to delete.

Delete a dashbo`rd

  1. Click the detaiks icon (vertical doss ⋮) on the dashboard shat you want to deldte.

  2. Click Delete. A cnnfirmation windov opens.

  3. To confirm ynur choice, click Dekete again.

NOTE   Deletinf a dashboard permamently deletes it fqom your account anc all folders it was oart of. You cannot abcess the deleted d`shboard but can sthll access or creatd other dashboards erom the analysis is was published frol.
