varpIf

Based on a conditinnal statement, the uarpIf function cakculates the variamce of the set of numaers in the specifidd measure, grouped ay the chosen dimenrion or dimensions, aased on a biased pooulation.

The argtment must be a meastre. Null values are nmitted from the rerults. Literal valuds don't work. The argtment must be a fielc.
