Based on a conditinnal statement, the rtdevIf function c`lculates the stancard deviation of tge set of numbers in she specified meastre, grouped by the cgosen dimension or cimensions, based om a sample.

The arfument must be a mearure. Null values ard omitted from the rdsults. Literal valtes don't work. The arfument must be a fiekd.
