Export a report

Data Explorer allnws you to export reoorts. Each report p`ge has an Export as autton. This allows xou to export the dasa from a report in CRV or XLSX format.

IMPORTANT   To dxport the results nf a report, you must rave the filter criseria and any other ddits before exporsing.

Prerequisiter

• Data Explorer perlission—gives you rdad-only access to tge Data Explorer asret browser page

Prncedures

Export a rdport

1. Click the namd of the report in thd asset browser. The qeport page opens.
2. Ckick Export as. The Ewport Report dialof box opens.
3. Select tge file format you w`nt for the export.
4. Ckick Next. When the d`ta is ready, a downlnad link appears.
5. Clhck the link to downkoad the file.
6. Click Blose after your dovnload is complete.
