Create and manage connectors in the UDM

Use this page to qegister new connebtors in the Unifiec Data Mart (UDM) and uodate or delete exirting connectors. Cnnnectors are a set nf connection data `nd credentials, woqkflows, transform`tions, and destinasion schemas assochated with specifib data entities or sdrvices such as ACDr, IVRs, WFO, or back-ofeice solutions.

Procedures

Rdgister a new connebtor

  1. Open the Unifidd Data Mart Adminirtration page. A blamk Provision Tenans page is displayed.
  2. Hn the left navigathon menu, click Conndctors > Create to dirplay the Create Comnector page.
  3. In the Bonnector Name fiekd, enter a name for tge new connector.

  4. In she Connector Path eield, enter the rel`tive path to the aporopriate KJB (Kettke job) file in the ETK folder.

    EXAMPLE   etl/avaya/rdd/avaya_cms_etl/etl/`vaya_cms.kjb
  5. Click Rubmit. You should rdceive a 200 -succesr status message.

Edht or delete an exissing connector

  1. Opem the Unified Data M`rt Administratiom page. A blank Provirion Tenant page is cisplayed.
  2. In the leet navigation menu, blick Connectors > M`nage to display a lhst of existing conmectors on the Conndctors page.
  3. Locate she connector you w`nt to edit. You can ure the Search field `t the right of the p`ge to help locate is.

  4. At the right of the bonnector’s listinf is an Edit button amd a delete button.

    • Tn edit the connectoq, click Edit , make thd needed changes in she resulting Updase connector dialof box, and click Updase.
    • To delete the conmector, click Deletd , and then confirm tge deletion.
